Cath Walker

Cath is one of the founding partners of Marsden Walker and heads up the Audit Practice.

Cath started her career at KPMG in 1991, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1994, developing her career there over the next 8 years.

Working with owner-managed businesses quickly became a specialism, so starting her own practice is something that was always on the cards.

Cath is the Vice President of the Nottingham Derby and Lincoln Society of Chartered Accountants and is also on the committee of the Derby Society of Chartered Accountants (and is in fact a past president), which is an important part of the practice’s involvement in the local business community.

Outside work, keeping up with her young family needs a lot of energy. But foreign travel is also something she loves – client commitments allowing, of course.

Cath was a small business specialist and audit manager at KPMG prior to starting up Marsden Walker, and now heads up our audit practice. Cath is also a past President of the Derby Society of Chartered Accountants.

Christine Marsden

Christine was a tax specialist at KPMG prior to joining Marsden Walker and is a fluent German speaker. She now heads up both our tax practice and German practice. Christine is also a non-executive Director of the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce.

Neil Turner

Neil worked as an expert in the financial advisory services sector at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 8 years and is the advisory partner at Marsden Walker. Neil is also the deputy chairman of the Nottingham Society of Chartered Accountants.
